🔍 Who are we looking for?

A sales professional that will spread the ‘Dripl’ word. Our AEs scale our Refill Point signings within Belgium and the Netherlands. By building a reliable outbound engine, creating a world-class sales team, and being a leading example in creating and landing deals, we’re scaling our impact. You are key to bringing our Refillution from 1 to 10.

🍹 What does this role include?

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from first contact to closing. You’ll be key to scaling Dripl’s impact across Belgium, the Netherlands, and beyond. Your responsibilities include:

  • Converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities and turning them into successful partnerships.
  • Proactively building your pipeline through smart outbound tactics — reaching out via email, LinkedIn, phone, or in person.
  • Managing and closing deals across a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large enterprises.
  • Coaching junior sales team members (1–2 teammates), helping them grow through hands-on support and shared learning.
  • Collaborating with marketing to support and optimize inbound campaigns and messaging.
🧙 What do we expect from you?

  • A B2B sales track record in a startup or scale-up environment, about 2 years or more, is ideal. You know how proactively build your pipeline and are a seasoned closer.
  • Having a hunger (or thirst, in our case) for learning, personal development, expanding your skill set, and growing alongside a rapidly evolving company.
  • Dutch or French, and English. Both spoken & written.
🔧 The Practical Stuff
  • We expect you to be available full-time.
  • We’re based in Brussels and expect half-time office attendance.
  • You’ll work directly with the leadership and growth team.
