Account Executive

Who are we looking for?

A motivated professional that will spread the ‘Dripl’ word. You will scale Refill Point signings within the Benelux by managing inbound interest, building your own pipeline through trade shows and outbound and converting these deals into enthusiastic Dripl customers.

What does this role include?

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from first contact to closing. You’ll be key to scaling Dripl’s impact across Belgium, the Netherlands, and beyond. Your responsibilities include:

  • Converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Proactively building your pipeline through smart outbound tactics
  • Attending trade shows and events to generate lead  and represent Dripl in the field.
  • Managing and closing deals across a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large enterprises.
  • Collaborating with marketing to support and optimize inbound campaigns and messaging.

What do we expect from you?

  • You feel energised by the thought of spreading the word of the Dripl mission.
  • You’ve already had a first working experience. A sales track record track in a startup or scale-up environment is ideal, but not necessary.
  • Having a thirst (or hunger, in our case) for learning, personal development, expanding your skill set, and growing alongside a rapidly evolving company.
  • You’re socially confident and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
  • You speak Dutch, French, and English. Both spoken & written.

Practicals

  • We expect you to be available full-time.
  • We’re based in Brussels and expect 3 days weekly office attendance.
  • You will primarily work directly with the sales, marketing and customer success team and report to the Sales Lead.
