Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a sales leader that will scale our Refill Point signings within the Benelux, and far beyond. By scaling the outbound engine, creating a world-class sales team, and being a leading example in creating and landing deals, we’re scaling our impact. In short, the Sales Lead is responsible for bringing Dripl from 1 to 10 and then from 10 to the moon.
What does this role include?
The Sales Lead will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and coaching our sales team, setting everyone up for success in achieving their goals.
- Converting proven outbound tactics into a consistent and scalable outbound process.
- Having your feet in the mud during the first quarters, closing deals and building pipeline firsthand to demonstrate best practices and gather insights on selling Dripl.
- Hiring and onboarding new sales team members to expand our outbound and closing efforts in the Benelux
- Track KPIs, monitor performance, and report sales and GTM metrics.
- Have a direct communication line with our marketing team, to craft and perfect the go-to-market narrative and motion.
What do we expect from you?
- You feel energised by the thought of spreading the word of the Dripl mission.
- Having a hunger (or thirst, in our case) for learning, personal development, expanding your skill set, and growing alongside a rapidly evolving company.
- A B2B sales track record in a startup or scale-up environment. You know how to build an outbound engine and are a seasoned closer.
- You have (first) experience in hiring and coaching junior sales.
- Dutch, French, and English. We operate in Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia. Luckily, “lemonade” in French is also just “limonade.” You’ll do just fine.
- You know the CRM basics and can automate and finetune way of workings where needed. Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
- Marketing knowledge. Since sales and marketing in separate pillars are old-school, you have a basic understanding of marketing and can collaborate smoothly with the team.
Practicals
- We expect you to be available full-time.
- We’re based in Brussels and expect 3 days weekly office attendance.
- You will primarily work directly with the sales, marketing and customer success team and report to the CEO.
