Who are we looking for?

The Marketing Lead will take our inbound growth model and brand to the next level by defining and coordinating Dripl’s marketing strategy. The goal is to create strong demand for the Refill Point while enabling the sales team to close deals smoothly and without friction.

What does this role include?

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for the following:

  • Marketing strategy, including the brand narrative, content strategy and the development of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Project management: coordinating internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Content marketing: You are the creative brain behind the content strategy and campaigns.
  • Growth analytics: owning the marketing metrics, managing and reporting on marketing dashboards and KPIs.
  • Managing the marketing team: leading and coaching the marketing team, currently consisting of an all-round creative and a freelance performance marketer.
  • Close collaboration with sales: maintaining a direct line with the sales team to craft, test and refine the best go-to-market  motion.
What do we expect from you?
  • You feel energised by the thought of spreading the word of the Dripl mission on a daily basis.
  • Having a hunger (or thirst, in our case) for learning, personal development, expanding your skill set, and growing alongside a rapidly evolving company.
  • A B2B marketing track record, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong work ethic and aren’t afraid to fully commit to the Refillution.
  • Sharp eye for high-quality copy, design and creative work.
  • Have experience or understand sales enablement and can take a full-funnel approach.
  • You’re comfortable conceptualising marketing campaigns and coordinating the content approach across channels.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and know how to work with or guide specialists.
  • Experience with project management or multi-channel campaign execution.
  • (Initial) experience leading or coaching a marketing team.
  • Understand CRM fundamentals and can automate or improve simple workflows where needed (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
Practicals
  • We expect you to be available full-time.
  • We’re based in Brussels and expect 3 days weekly office attendance.
  • You will primarily work directly with the marketing, sales and customer success team and report to the CEO.
  • Start date is as soon as possible.
