Over ons
Business Operations Coordinator
You're the type who looks at a to-do list of twelve items in the morning and thinks: how do I automate eight of these?
Hi, I'm Robbert, COO at Dripl.
At Dripl, we're building something that truly matters: reinventing the drinks industry. We replace single-use packaging and sugary soft drinks with a smart refill alternative. With our Refill Points, we've already avoided millions of single-use packages, and by 2030 we want to make that a billion.
We're growing fast, across the Benelux, and into new European markets. And that means our internal operations need to scale with us. That's why we're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator: someone who owns the backbone of how Dripl runs, and actively builds it for the next stage of growth.
What’s in it for you?
You'll join at a moment when the foundations are still being built, which means what you set up now will shape how Dripl operates for years to come.
- You get broad and real ownership: from HR admin and finance to people & culture, while working directly with the leadership team.
- This goes hand in hand with a steep personal growth curve, and you get a unique inside view of all the aspects of a scale-up.
- You work with a talented and mission-driven team and will have lots of fun along the way.
- On top of a competitive salary and cafeteria plan, you'll receive a meaningful stock options package. If Dripl wins, you win too.
Who are we looking for?
You are a generalist who thrives on variety. You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are redesigning the process behind it. You find purpose in making the people around you more effective.
- You have 3+ years of experience in an operational, consulting, or analytical role.
- You’re hungry (or thirsty, in our case) for learning, personal development, expanding your skill set, and growing alongside a rapidly evolving company.
- You're comfortable switching between the detail and the bigger picture, between fixing the priorities of the day, and building something that scales tomorrow.
- You're tool-savvy and AI-curious. You use technology to do more with less, and you're always looking for a smarter way.
- You're proactive and eager to learn: you ask questions, take initiative, and don't wait for instructions.
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce experience or Yuki (accounting) knowledge. The same holds for webshop platforms.
What does this role include?
Financial Operations: You follow up and coordinate invoicing, contract management, leasing and payments, with external partners where needed.
HR & People Operations: Payroll coordination, HR admin, and onboarding processes are your domain. You help build the HR policy of a scale-up and carry final responsibility for it.
Process & Automation. You have a good eye for what's inefficient, and you do something about it. Using tools like Notion, Zapier, and AI agents, you build workflows that free you and the team from repetitive tasks.
People & Culture: You help create a workplace people genuinely enjoy. That means a well-run office, well-organised off-sites and workations, and a day-to-day environment where the team does its best work together.
Practical
- Full-time position.
- We're based in Brussels and expect at least three days of office attendance per week.
- Competitive salary package with a cafeteria plan. You help build Dripl and share in its success through stock options.
- You report directly to the COO.
Ready to build together?
Does this role feel right, even if you're not sure you tick every box? Then we'd love to hear from you.
